  1. I agree! Though I usually head out after sunrise, just because it’s still dark and I can’t let go of my parents admonitions (never be out while it’s dark outside!). Have you started running then?

    1. Been running for long. Usually have to go around sunrise time, or just before (when there is some light). If I eat, I just feel too sluggish – even if it’s a few hours after a meal.

      1. I haven’t tried evening running. I’m afraid that it might disrupt my already disrupted sleep. I used to run on an empty stomach, but I realize I should not have been, so I usually a small snack before.
