One day,
when the veils are lifted,
and the noise of this world is silenced,
all will be clear.
And you’ll know
that things were not always as they seemed.
For,
behind every circumstance,
and every deed –
great and small –
was a hidden reality.
A parallel universe,
invisible to these earthly eyes,
yet known –
with certainty –
by those whose hearts
were firm in faith,
undeterred
by the cackles
of those whose doubts
blinded all they perceived.
And though your efforts
sometimes seemed in vain –
outcomes indifferent,
or even opposite
to what you wished –
know that the results
were never in your hands.
For all you had
was intention
and effort.
And your job
was to merely try –
as best you could,
with the means you had –
never assuming that you
could control the conclusion.
So,
as you trudge on
day by day,
hour by hour,
minute by minute,
bear patience,
and know
that there’s a bigger picture,
a greater Reality,
and a reward far better
than your limited vision can detect.
All waiting for you
behind the veil.
