Isra and Mi’raj (for dummies)

In honour of this week’s blessed occasion of the Prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) miraculous night journey and ascension (Isra and Mi’raj), mosques worldwide will commemorate it by holding a special programme. Remember that there are no special acts of worship specified for this occasion – so take what benefit you can from those programmes, but don’t let yourself feel that this is a compulsory act of worship.

In addition to those, here are two enlightening resources which serve as an education and a reminder for us all.

    1. No offence intended 😯. I guess the age of those “…For Dummies” books has long passed, so you didn’t understand the reference

    1. No…the title comes from the “Dummies” series of books, which is an easy to read version of specific topics. The idea is that it simplifies things for readers who get overwhelmed by more technical explanations.

No disrespect intended at all. You simply didn’t get the reference.
