  1. Perhaps it’s tough, but tests are a good thing:

    1. “Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: “We believe,” and will not be tested.” (Surah Ankaboot, verse 2)

    2. “When Allah desires good for someone, He tries him with hardships.” [Sahîh al-Bukhârî]

    3. Narrated Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri and Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, “No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that.”
